As the creator of Legendary Sports and Entertainment Group, I started my career in sports management by guiding my own son through NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) prospects and his college football career. I soon came to understand how important it is for athletes to have the correct direction when it comes to building their brand, getting partnerships, and making plans for life beyond athletics, particularly while they are young. I also use to sing background for well known artist and I am aware of their needs as well.

My desire to start a company that gives performers and athletes the resources they require to succeed on and off the field was stoked by this first-hand experience. I've observed the difficulties athletes encounter in juggling their careers, public personas, and personal development because I work directly with them. The idea behind Legendary Sports and Entertainment Group was to provide a customized approach to career management, making sure every client had the time and resources required to leave a lasting legacy.

 

Securing a huge NIL deal for a young player who was starting college was one of my most satisfying moments. Observing the athlete's development and self-assurance skyrocket following the deal confirmed my faith in the efficacy of career management.
